Q: How do I know if I am on the waiting list or outside of the delivery zone?

A: Hungry Harvest will send you an email, specifically letting you know that you are on the waiting list or outside of our delivery zone. Your account will also show that your delivery date is “unknown”.

Q: When can I expect Hungry Harvest to begin delivering in my area?

A: If you are in Philadelphia, you can expect pickup locations becoming available within the next few weeks and we will notify you in advance. If you are in New York City, Northern Jersey, Richmond, or Pittsburgh, you can expect pickup locations or deliveries shortly. We will keep you updated with all the progress!

Q: How will I know when Hungry Harvest will start to deliver to my area?

A: We will notify you via email with updates about how soon we will be delivering to your area.

Q: Will my card be charged before I am delivered to?

A: Hungry Harvest will never charge your card without your consent. Unless we notify you weeks in advance, confirm with you previously, as well as confirm that you have received your order, we will not charge your card.

Q: How will I know when my first delivery will be?

A: Hungry Harvest will send you an email 2 weeks before your first delivery, as well as an update as we get closer to the delivery date. As soon as there is a fixed delivery date, you will receive an email about it in advance, as well as an updated delivery date in your account.

Q: Do you ship through mail?

A: Unfortunately, we do not. We could not meet our high standards for freshness if we shipped through mail.

Q: Will I get a free bag when you start delivering in my area?

A: Yes, your first bag is on us - our treat!

 

Pickup Locations

 

Q: What is a pickup location?

A: A pickup location will be a specific location that Hungry Harvest will deliver to, at which you can pickup your weekly harvest during a designated time frame.

Q: How far will the pickup location be from me?

A: We choose pickup locations that are as close and convenient to our customers as possible.

Q: What if the pickup location is too far?

A: We will notify you of what pickup location you are assigned to. If you are not satisfied with your assigned pickup location, let us know, and we will notify you when a closer pick up location become available. We will add more pickup locations as we continue to grow.

Q:  How do I know if I was assigned to a pickup location?

A: We will send you an email with your assigned pickup location and will notify you 2 weeks in advance before your first delivery. Please reach out to us if the designated location does not prove to be convenient.
