Greek yogurt & lemon. You’re half way to a scrumptious Greek salad dressing already. I used most of what is in this weeks box. Yogurt dressings and fresh fruit are a natural flavor combo
- Harvest Greek Dressing
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Dry Oregano
- 1 Lemon, juice & zest
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh herbs
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
Favorite Harvest Salad Produce
I used large tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, cantaloupe, onion, blueberries, jalapeño, green peppers & cherry tomatoes
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small serving bowl. This dressing is so good, you may want to make a double batch. Prep out the produce & find a pretty serving plate or bowl.
Compose the salad on the platter or toss in a salad bowl if desired. I didn’t use lettuce, but add some if you’d like. Romaine would be great in this salad.
Serve family style w/ the dressing on the side. This dressing is nice and thick, thanks to the Greek yogurt and goes well w/ flat or pita bread.
This is a fresh hearty salad for lunch or serve w/ falafels or BBQ & pita bread for a full dinner. Pack up any left overs in jars for work t’rrow. You can put the yogurt dressing on top. Harvest Hack: While Greek seasonings are available, I just use Italian seasoning & add extra oregano.
