Homemade Harvest Hack Citrus Cleaner will become your go to cleaning agent. It’s safe, smells great & is effective. Use it along w/ baking soda to create a foaming cleaner. Use as a shower spray to keep tile clean. Spoon some baking soda into sinks & showers & top w/ citrus cleaner for sweet smelling, smooth running drains.
While most home compost systems don't like lots of citrus, the high pressure compost that is now being implemented in many cities can take it. So there's another option for the spent spent rind finds.
Bonus Harvest Hack: Put a couple of the used rinds into a bowl, add a cup of water & microwave on high for a minute or two until the water boils. Let sit in the micro for a few mins. When cool enough dip a rag or sponge into the water & wipe the inside of the microwave for a clean & fresh interior.
