Easy // 50mins

Harvest Ingredients: 2 Cups Cooked spuds, ½ Pound Fresh trimmed snow peas

Other Ingredients: 1 Can Coconut Milk, ¼ Cup Favorite tomato sauce, ¼ Cup Sherry (or favorite cooking libation), 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce, ½ Teaspoon Black Peppe, ⅛ Teaspoon Hot sauce- or more to your liking, 2 Cups Cooked garbanzos- or 15.5 oz. can, 1 Cup Whole almonds,  Cup Green onion- thinly sliced


1. Combine coconut milk, tomato sauce, sherry, soy sauce, black pepper, and hot sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Set a timer for 20 mins

2. After 20 mins, add spuds, garbanzos, and almonds. Simmer for 10 mins

3. Turn heat to medium-high and add snow peas. Cook long enough to warm peas through, then stir in green onion.
