Easy Roasted Yams

Easiest // 30min // Serves 4

Harvest Ingredients: Large Yam

Other Ingredients:
1-2 tsp. Favorite Oil
    (olive oil, safflower, avocado)
1 Pinch Sea salt
    (flavored sea salt is great!)
1 Pinch Black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice yams into ½ inch slices. On a parchment lined baking sheet, drizzle the oil onto the paper, in the center of the baking sheet. Roll the yam slices in the oil to coat. Lightly sprinkle sea salt and black pepper on both sides of each slice.

2. Flavored sea salts are great for this: lavender, rosemary, fennel seed, and citrus sea-salts all work wonderfully. Let us know what you try and enjoy!
