Harvest Ingredients: 1 Large head broccoli- trimmed into florets, 1 Bunch Carrots- roll cut

Other Ingredients: 1 ½ Tablespoons Coconut oil, 3 Cloves Garlic- sliced, 1 ½ Tablespoons Pickled ginger, ½ Cup Sake, ½ Teaspoon Sea salt,  ¼ Teaspoon Black pepper, 2 Teaspoons Hot sauce, 2 Teaspoon Fennel seeds


1. In a large skillet or wok combine the garlic and coconut oil.  Simmer over med high heat to melt coconut oil and golden up the garlic.

2. Add the broccoli florets, cut carrots and all the flavoring ingredients.  Stir to combine, set heat to high, cover and cook until tender.  Remember to peel the broccoli stems and slice them up, they are super crunchy and delish!
