Q. How do I change my order to a new box?
A: Login to your account, click the “My Account” tab, then click “Recurring Order” in the drop down.You will then need to click the red X next to the items you don't wish to receive. After clearing you old order, you will “browse products” and select your new order.
Q. How do I go on hold?
A: Login to your account, click the “My Account” tab, then click “Skip Deliveries” in the drop down. Select the appropriate days you will be away and click "Save" at the bottom!
Q. Can I try your service for just a week?
A: Yes, there is no set amount of weeks you are required to order. Start and pause anytime; there are no annual contracts!
Q. I cannot login to my account and the password reset is not working, what should I do?
A: First, make sure to check your spam folder for the password-reset email. If the password reset is not working, reach out to Family@HungryHarvest.net for assistance and we will have an answer for you within 24 hours (usually within 20 minutes).
