66,500 acres of planted vegetable and fruit fields are left unharvested each year simply because produce doesn’t quite fit aesthetic perfection standards, an expected sale falls through or demand dries up. We pay fair prices to our partner farmers for this produce that would otherwise go uneaten - eliminating farm-level waste AND filling in revenue gaps for growers.
