Make an asparagus bouquet and keep it fresh! Stand your asparagus up in a container filled with about two inches of water and store it on the shelf of your fridge.

Asparagus can be a sponge, picking up odors from other items in your fridge, so cover it with a breathable bag to keep it smelling as fresh as it tastes.

The stalks stay fresh longer than the tops, so even if your asparagus is looking a little tired at the top, you can always salvage the rest!
