Where to Store
How Long to Store
Greens: 2 Days
Carrots: 1 Week
Breathable Bag or Water Bath
Trim the greens from your carrots, leaving 1”- 2” of the stem. If left attached, the greens will pull all of the water out of the carrots, leaving them flimsy. Store the greens in a breathable bag in the fridge drawer.
Keep your carrots crunchy and fresh by submerging them in a cold water bath inside a sealed bowl (refreshed daily).
Use those greens! Eat ‘em raw in a salad, blanched as a side or throw ‘em in when making your favorite vegetable stock.
