Unwrap your cauliflower right away and transfer to a breathable bag with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
Not using all your cauliflower at once? If you can’t eat the remaining florets in the next day or so, blanch the cauliflower for 3 minutes and then freeze for later use.
Cauliflower greens deserve love too! Remove the woody sections of the leaves and roast the rest of the greens with olive oil and seasoning for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
